Mazi Kavita.......

Poems.....
I havent been very fond of poems in the past..
Infact the only contact i came into with poems is the time when my mama had published a charoli poems book....
However further with singing I tried getting more and more into the meaning of the song....and thus the poem....
Never in my life did I think that I would actually make a kavita myself.....
But as I said earlier....life seems to be taking a 360degrees about turn and I am loving every minute of it...
Let me tell you the background based on which i wrote this poem...
Most of you must have seen Bachana e haseeno....
The plot is very simple..... a guy loves a girl but the girl doesnt respond to his love because someone has betrayed her in the past and therefore shes altered her mindset to look at everything with suspicion however true the opposite person may be....
What is it that the guy must be thinking is something I have tried to potray through this poem
A small kid sings nursery rhymes...and the elders admire that kid irrespective of the imperfections....
My poem is just like that small kid....
I hope you all will accept it with love inspite of its limitations.... :)

तुला कधी उमजेल का

तुला कधी उमजेल का
प्रेम माझे कधी समजेल का
तुला कधी उमजेल का
प्रेम माझे कधी समजेल का

मान्य आहे त्याने तुला दगा दिला ,
पण तो अपराध मी नव्हता केला ….

असेल तो playboy, flirt आणि दुष्ट,
पण त्याचे माझ्या हृदयाला होतायत सारे कष्ट …

दुःख त्याने दिलं तुला भारी ,
आणि म्हणूनच तू दाखवत नाहीयेस friendship देखील करण्याची तयारी …

पण तरीही …..

आयुष्याला माझ्या तू नवप्रेरणा दिलीस ,
माझ्या हृदयात तू आता कायमचं घर केलयस

इथे आता दुसऱ्या कोणाला जागा नाही
मला कोणीही म्हणूदे काही …………

तूच पहा ,

तुझ्या प्रेमाने किती स्फूर्ती दिली ,
मी माझ्या आयुष्यातली पहिली कविता केली ……
